Cheque
By mail or drop into our customer service centre:
Submit a crossed cheque according to your payment notification. The cheque should be made payable to: "FWD Life Insurance Company (Macau) Limited". Please state clearly the policy number for which the payment is made on the back of the cheque. We recommend using a separate cheque to pay for each policy.
You may also submit the cheque to our customer service centre.
Autopay
Via credit card or bank account
Complete and return the "Direct Debit / Credit Card Authorisation Form". Since this method of payment requires two months to process, a pre-payment of two months’ premium is required in order to match the effective date of the autopay.
Online Banking
Via internet banking
You can make your payment via Bank of China website http://www.bocmacau.com upon registering the Internet Banking Services with Bank of China.
In Person
Visit us at our customer service centre
You can make your payment directly in cash or by cheque at 15/F, Fortuna Business Centre, No. 301-355, Avenida Comercial De Macau, Macau.
Note: Up to MOP 20,000 per policy per day.
Upon receipt of a premium payment, we will issue an official receipt to the policyholder (except for payments made by autopay). The receipt will be sealed and sent to the designated address of the policyholder within a week (the mailing time will be longer for overseas clients).
Clients who make their payments by autopay can check their payment records on their annual statement or via our online interactive service.
Should you wish to settle your policy premium(s) using foreign currency, we offer exchange rates for all our policies.
HKD policies can accept payments paid in HKD or MOP only.
AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, RMB, SGD and USD policies can accept payments paid in corresponding policy currency, HKD or MOP only.
