FWD has revolutionized the traditional insurance claim process, and launched the first "claim in cash" service in Macau through 7-Eleven.

Customers can now choose to collect their claim payments at any 7-Eleven store in Macau. Simple and easy.

01. Claim Application

You can submit your claims via different channels. Once your claim is approved, you will receive an SMS confirmation from FWD.

02. Get QR Code

Click the link on the SMS and enter your ID/ Passport number, and you will receive a QR code and a settlement letter.

03. Show your QR code & Receive your claim in cash

Show your QR code to the staff at any 7-Eleven Store in Macau. Once confirmed, you will receive your claim in cash right away!
