Future Orientation Program (FOP)

We organize a series of regular entrepreneurship and business seminars, namely “FOP”, inviting guests from different industries to share their life and career development stories. Guests invited previously included 100Most co-founder Lam Yat Hei, 52nd Golden Horse Awards for Best Supporting Actor Michael Ning, famous drama actor Ah Dee, football coach Chan Yuen Ting, who was the first woman coach to win a top-league men’s championship, rising star of martial arts Oscar Li , etc. Moreover, participants can also learn more about the industry of financial planning through sharing by our successful advisors.

School of Excellence (SOE)

At FWD, we never settle in providing the best training to enhance our advisors’ sustainable development on the road to success. Thus, School of Excellence was established in 2017 to provide 24 months of comprehensive training and support to accelerate the growth of high potential advisors who desire to learn the details of a fascinating, yet complex and fast-moving business.

On top of that, we are committed to nurture MDRTs. SOE insurance advisors will go through structured learning programs, receive comprehensive support, as well as regular and continual dialogues with management to ensure their progressive improvement and to build a solid foundation in the future career. The key focus is helping our SOE insurance advisors to achieve excellence and strive towards the road to MDRT.

Career Fair

We participate in various recruitment fairs organised in UMAC, MUST, and Macau all sectors of the Association to provide a platform for our leaders to recruit more talents. To invite those with potential to join us, our recruiters try their very best to get connected with potential candidates during the event, with an aim to achieve their goal of strengthening their team.

Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)

FWD is committed to expanding our business and eager to cultivate talents. Following the successful results in 2016, we aim to hit another climax in 2017. In addition to creating greater results in performance and recruiting, we also aim to increase the number of qualifying members of MDRT. To help our advisors build a professional image, FWD formed an MDRT club (「圓桌薈」in Chinese) and established “MDRT 3 stages”, where star speakers will be invited to help our advisors in 5 major areas, including Knowledge, Communication, Temperament, Practical Skills and Personal Image. The unique “MDRT 3 stages” will help you upgrade your selling skills while heading and toward the road to success.

Agency Leader Training

We are devoted to allocating resources to foster the agency leadership. All advisors are given a clear picture of the career ladder on how to promote to senior leadership levels. FWD offers a series of comprehensive Agency Management Training Programs, including recruitment skills and psychology, as well as the core-management skills of Leadership, Coaching, Training, and Motivation. Furthermore, FWD also provides elective courses such as NLP in Management, DISC Behavioral Styles, Team Management, and Behavioral Management. FWD has also joined hands with HKUST in offering Joint Program of “FWD Academy of Excellence for Senior Management Program” since 2016 in which FWD Agency Leaders can experience new horizons and be inspired, guiding their teams to strike for progress.

Comprehensive Training Support

To assist our financial advisors to develop their personal career effectively, FWD provides a variety of training programs and seminars. Our advisors are well-prepared with four essential aspects of Knowledge, Attitude, Skills, and Habit. We specifically arrange High Net Worth training programs, providing advisors who wish to explore their High Net Worth market with in-depth knowledge on the needs and selling scripts of High Net Worth clients.

Fabulous Awards and Privileges

In order to recognise the outstanding performance of our elite advisors, a variety of incentive programs were offered in 2016, such as “Admiral Party” that awarded advisors with extraordinary "money can't buy" experience, Summit Convention of The Dragons – Germany & Iceland trip, and “HOKKAIDO Challenge” special incentive trip, etc. Our advisors and guests enjoyed various privileges including delicious cuisines and wines, accommodation at 5 stars luxurious hotels and much more. Agency Recreation Club

In 2016, we formed Agency Recreation Club (ARC) which aims to provide different recreation activities to our advisors. Past events include: singing contest, boxing classes, yoga classes, golf day, visit to elderly’s home etc. The above activities have bonded our advisors together, strengthened our Work Hard, Play Hard spirit, and improved the collaboration among our team members.
